exercise to lose weight

Am I doing it right? I regularly exercise 2hrs each day for 6days a week and eat 900-1000 calories per day. Do I need to exercise more and eat less to lose weight.
 
Ok, first of all, you should stop posting all these short threads with everywhere, you're probably trying to be helpful, but if you want you could just compile it all in one thread and then we could discuss the advice.

Also, if you want some help with your diet and exercise, you should make one thread and ask all your questions. 2 hours of exercise 6 days a week on 1000kcals a day is a lot of exercise on very little food. You need to eat more.
How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
 
Exercise gives an important role in healthy lifestyle. You are right you're doing 2hrs. each day of exercise and eat less amount of calories but reminder don't stop your exercise routine because it will help you to tone you down, it will help also your metabolism. You should eat a proper amount of food such as vegetables, root crops, fruits and 8 glasses of water per day will help you to lose weight and might as well see the result after 2weeks.

Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.You can achieve more health benefits if you ramp up your exercise to 300 minutes a week. This is an easy way to lose weight.
 
Is it possible to implement security codes when posting to at least filter out the bots?

Good question. I don't think we have that on this forum (or if we do, not in any way that's visible to me). Given the number of bots that post on here, though, it would certainly be a good feature.
 
If you want to lose weight and give a pleasant shape to your body in a record time you should start doing more cardio exercises. Cardio exercises is gives you a more benefits during weight loss.

I recommend talk to your doctor about weight-loss plans you may have tried before and what you liked or didn't like about them.

Be honest with your doctor about fad diets you may be interested in trying. Your doctor also may be able to direct you to all possible solution.
