exercise this is what i do do you think its enough

this is my time table on what exercise i do ( i am 15)
monday: cross trainer 30Min's
tuesday: weights 3 sets of different variety of weights
wednesday: cross trainer 30Min's
thursday boxing also weights only 2 sets
friday: break
saturday: break
Sunday: cross trainer 30 Min's

i been doing that exercise for nearly a year now ( not boxing i only started boxing about the 2nd june 2011) and i see a bit of improvement but only a little i just wanted to know if you think that's enough for my age and do i need to eat healthy because i eat my mums healthy meals but i like to eat a little bit of chocolate once in a while is that ok? do you think one day i will get the body i want thanks

Exercise is great for staying healthy and in shape, but if you're trying to lose weight specifically then exercise won't do much on its own, you do burn calories when exercising but it's not very much.

If you need to lose weight it's best to have a good diet with the right amount of calories, there's nothing wrong with treats like chocolate just make sure you don't eat too much.
 
you're FIFTEEN!!!! Why don't you just join one of your H.S. sports teams?
Don't get me wrong, I think wanting to take responsibility for your health and fitness at your age is a great thing, but geez... get out there and play while you can!

This. Absolutely this. Go and play a team sport, don't consign yourself to the gym like us oldies until you have to.

(edit to add: "oldies" is somewhat tongue in cheek, before anyone gets offended)
