The current enrollment in many gyms and fitness centers immediately tells us that more and more people realize that to be over weight is not only a burden for their health, but it can also be a danger to their lives. A total of 300,000 or more people die each year because they are overweight. This means that they succumbed to diseases that were caused by the fact that they have a BMI higher than recommended by nutritionists.

• Promise yourself a reward for completing your workout

• Think of all the diseases and illnesses your workout could protect you from

• Remind yourself that this workout is necessary to reach your goal

I believe you got my point. We just need to change our mind structure as soon as possible if we do not want to face those long term issue in our life.
