Exercise routine??

Ok can you please tell me if I'm doing this right...?? Thanks!

5 days a week of cardio for an hour on either the eliptical, swimming, or taking my dog for a walk/job. Weight training 4 days a week (2 for upper and 2 for lower).




Also, what are the best core/ab exercises to do??:confused:

I wouldn't want to do that much cardio, but if you like it, and as long as most of the sessions aren't too intense... then I don't see an issue with it per se.

If you are just starting out with strength training, I'd suggest 3 full body days opposed to an upper/lower split due to the .... ahhh, never mind, we don't need to get into the whys.
