Exercise results

Hey!

This is the first time I post on this forum so, first of all a big "Hello" to everyone!

I am 25 (girl) and I am trying to lose some weight I gained after starting the pill (I'm off it now). I want to lose about 20 pounds, and I have been doing an hour workout everyday (Stationary bicycle - 45min + 15 minutes abs) for 10 days now, and maintaining a healthy diet (avoiding sugar and fat as much as I can).

After these first 10 days I actually feel a bit more "inflated", slightly. Is this normal? When do you think I might start seeing results (loosing inches)? :confused:

Welcome...**patience** is the key. Apart from avoiding sugar and fat you need to maintain a calorie deficit. Look here
