I didn’t know where to post this, so I thought I’d post here.
Over the course of a year and a half I have lost just over 30 kilos. I am now 72.5 kilos. I am 6'0 tall and 4 months ago I just turned 23.
I have achieved this by merely doing cardio (treadmill). My diet wasn’t really strict, so I still had takeaways, but obviously counting the calories (I know it’s still bad).
As a result of this my stomach area, especially the lower end, still looks like I have quite a lot fat there. Though I am scared that it might not be fat, and it could just be excess skin. However, there is no sagging in that area. I also thought that it might be just untoned muscle.
The reason why I think it might be untoned muscle is because I have never really worked out my core muscles. It looks really bad when I crouch a little because my stomach then folds.
I know more weight loss is not the answers as I have feeling that even if I drop down to 60 kilos, my stomach will still be the same.
I was thinking if I start working those muscle areas, add strength training to the whole body and have a strict diet plan, will I have a flat stomach over time?
