Excersises with dumbells

sorry i cant find a good page about this.. but so far all i have is

lying on the bench thing, and doing a bench press like motion

holding the dumbells by ur side and raise ur hands up to form a straight line with shoulders


i have no clue about triceps or anything else
 
Go to this website on the right hand side you will find exercises and when you click on that two muscle bound people come up click on the bodypart you wish to work and then your away they have tonnes of great exercises with dumbells. If you cant work this out send me a message.
