example of my day

hey guys, so im trying to burn body fat and get my abs to show (as any 17 year old wants) this is an exaple of my day i would really apriciate ur input and suggestions on how to improve it

6am cardio: 20min bike ride.
breakfast 7am: 3 scrambled egg whites with tomato,onion and mushroom on rye.
during class: almonds.
lunch1: fish/egg/salad.
during class: almonds.
lunch2: apple/carrot/cellary.
during class: almonds.
pre workout meal: chicken/brown rice.
5pm workout: resistance training.
7pm dinner: not much. =)

your diet plan looks good, but i really couldn't say anything as of now because of luck of information you got here. anyway, how much do you weigh and how tall are you?
