Hey everyone

I'm new here and used to weigh 400 pounds. I'm on a continuous journey to be 200 pounds. Any help I can get here is very greatly appreciated.

I would very much like to help you out. My name is George and I am a fitness and nutrition freak. For my whole life I have been active. For 25 years I have learned about nutrition, food, herbs, dieting, and everything in between.

So tell me more. Such as how much you weigh now, what your diet is like, what have you been doing to slim down.
