Evaluate my work out routine?

More of a workout routine I'm planning on doing lol but this is it.
I'm 190 lbs at 5'8 and I've decided I want to get fit so I can get my dream job. I currently track my calorie & food intake with my fitness pal and I give myself a limit of 1200 calories a day. I'm currently trying to eat healthier with more fruits and vegetables.

This is the routine I want to do:
3 days a week
44 minutes
Ten exercises
1 minute each, 40 seconds work out, 20 seconds rest
Complete all exercises back to back and rest 1 minute then repeat all again another 3 times.

These are the exercises. It's all 'how many you can do in 40 seconds' than 'do this x amount of reps'
  1. 5-10 minute warm up
  2. Jumping jacks
  3. Push up
  4. Mountain climber
  5. Alternate lunges
  6. High knees
  7. Triceps dips
  8. Burpees
  9. Squats
  10. Plank
  11. Spider-Man plank
  12. Cool down
I'm beginner and when I searched this 4 week program showed up so I wanna do it

This looks like a great routine. The best part about routines like this is that they apply to beginners as well as experts. If you haven't started yet, start with a big longer of a rest between sets so you don't burn out too fast.

I think the only thing I would add is a solid 45-60 minute cardio at least 3x/week. If you're not a runner, start with walking, but I think you need more than a 5-10 minute warm up.

Other than I think it looks good! You have a good variety of exercises that when done properly give you an over all workout.

Try to focus A LOT on your form, posture, etc. and odn't worry so much about how long it's taking you to do each exercise just yet.
