Hello, I’m new to the forums, not new to lifting, running and biking. (and hiking) I love the outdoors, and plan to utilize this journal to keep myself accountable, and hopefully, get some new ideas and advice from some of you.

I’m following a combination plan for both power lifting and hypertrophy. I’ll post my evening session, later.

Thank you! I hope everyone had a good week?

I didn't end up at the gym last night, but after work today, I plan to go and do last night's workout, today. Didn't feel like myself last night, so opted to go to bed early.

Today, deads and squats are scheduled, and I might go for a short run, I'll see how it goes. I'm sometimes pretty spent after deadlifts.
