I have been working on my plan to loose weight and get fit for a few months now, but I feel that I am lacking some essential vitamins and minerals...
I have just started HIIT training, alongside strength training; my first goal is to loose a lot more body fat and gain a bit of muscle. Now the question is, for the routine I am currently doing, is there specific vitamins, minerals or even foods that will give me that edge?
My eating habits in detail are.. breakfast; Mixed fruit and nuts cereal with fru-bran, bran flakes. Lunch; meats, bread, beans, eggs, fruit salad. At night; meats, eggs, mixed salad. Lots of water throughout the day.
Any other suggestions? (Mostly concerned about consuming the rights foods before and after HIIT training)
