Ermm, help

ok, i would really like to get rid of the boney points on my shoulder and generally makes my shulders and arms bigger, what sort of exersises should i do?
 
No one on this website is really a fan of isolation excersises (because they are not as beneficial). You need to get yourself on a solid routine (that will incorporate those areas, but without neglecting legs, back, chest, ect.)
