Ergent/ Please Help

Hi i am on a fat loss program.

Just eating 5 times a day (small protien). and doing daily cardio.

I have not eaten fatty foods in 3 weeks now (no choclate, crisps, takeaways)

All i have bee eating is veg, chicken, fish / tuna, fruit, water e.t.c.

I am go football on monday nights for 1 hour. This raises my motabilism (right??). Then i go cinema after. Is it ok to have a medium size bag of popcorn. Will i burn it off.
 
As long as you're staying within your range of allowed calories, I don't see it as being a problem.

Although, I would make it a small bag of unbuttered popcorn.
 
If you're trying to lose fat, it doesn't matter if it burns it off because it just adds to your caloric intake. If you didn't eat the popcorn, you'd be burning calories from something else, possibly fat.

Now you should enjoy your movie-nights, so yeah, go ahead and eat that popcorn. But there's nothing you can do to make it "not count".
