Equipment and exercise advice

I'm 20 yrs old about 5'11" and weight 215 lbs. My goal is to get down to 190-180. I'm looking for some advice on some free weights or any other exercise equipment that I could order online. I don't have a lot of room in my house at all and I'm not trying to spend a lot of money.

Also, could someone help me out on a exercise routine I could follow? I'm willing to work out everyday ( don't know if that is healthy or not but I want to exercise the most I can and try to get results the fastest.)

So if you guys could point me to some cheap equipment to use at my house and a routine I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
 
You can basically do anything with just having dumbells and your own body weight and maybe some sneaky extras like a medicine ball or elastic bands if your keen.

Once you get that we can go further from there..

They have some cheap dumbells.
 
wow thats stuffs cheap compared to here in australia damm..

Dont have much time now but ill drop down some good exercises when i get a chance for sure, im sure some other guys will in the meantime anyway.

best to do a workout 3-4 times a week (fullbody)
