Equip available but clueless?!!

Hi all,
Ok here's what I have at home but never use..

-huge pool
-fitness ball
-weights
-cindy crawford's "new dimension" tape
-treadmill
-a captain's chair (I know it sounds weird but that's what it's really called)
-other bits here and there

I know they're enough to make me fit and toned, along with a healthy diet of course, but I just lack the motivation to do anything on my own

so plzzzzzzz plzzzzzzz plzzzzz help me and advice me on what to do in order to get toned...I really need to concentrate on my abs and thighs more than anything else

There are tons of exercises you can do, but you must do the right one's for your body type. From what you posted, you have more than enough equipment to get your body toned.
