not sure if i have put this in the correct topic, anyway someone at the gym asked me if i wanted to try ephedrine msj, said it was a tablet that burned energy faster and good for weight loss. I certainly wasn't interested in taking any form of tablets. I don't even know what they are and don't believe they would work or be safe.

Anyone else heard of these.
 
You do NOT need that junk. Products like that have been linked later to heart, liver and kidney problems.


there is no such thing as a easy way out.
