Hi everyone, I'm new here. Definitely not new to trying to lose weight, and gaining it back. I think over the last five years I have lost and regained the same 20 lbs a dozen times. I haven't been more than 10 lbs away from 180, and it's unbelievably frustrating sometimes. At one point a long time ago, I had peaked over 210, and made some great changes to my habits then, and have kept most of them, but I just don't seem to have the same kind of metabolism as everyone else seems to, but I sure as heck have as good an appetite!
