Endomorph Workout?

Well i guess ill start a new thread since i kinda hijacked someone elses with my own questions... Does anyone know a good workout for an Endomorph? Well im mostly Endo i tend to gain muscle quickly (which is a Meso trait) but i hold onto fat way too much (Endo trait). So im looking for a workout build around my body type. I want to lose some fat and keep my muscle mass...
