End of MiniChallenge....Excersize

Ok ladies (and gentlemen?) This is the end of our mini challenge for excersize....this is an indidiual challenge, so the individual w/ the most excersize since last thursday wins. Beagle has agreed to make stars for the top 3 winners to add to their sig's.

This weeks challenge will be "most water drank" unless someone has a better idea, I've run dry, lol. Good luck everyone!
 
Just went back and looked in my journal looks like I got 208 minutes total so thats 3 hours and 28 minutes I guess.
 
I logged in an hour Monday and 50 minutes last night. but unfortunately that's it! On to the water... !!
 
ok, this truly sucks. Here's what I've got
15 minutes on stairmaster
5 miles walking outdoors (hey, it's all hills!)
40 situps ( I did situps 2 other times but can't remember how many)
 
hmm... I think I got in a total of 75 min of running and 90 min of lifting weights... I'm not sure whether to count walking to school or not in the exercise part... I did make an intentional effort to walk more than drive this week... I think total it would be 160 min walking and 20 min biking... but i'll let you guys figure out if that counts or not... the INTENTIONAL exercise was only 165 minutes...

12/1 20 min Pilates
12/2 20 min Pilates & ran up and down staris 15x's (whatever thats worth?)
12/7 20 min Pilates
12/7 30 min Tae Bo

planning on doing much better....
 
I had a total of 85 minutes biking this week. Also I need to scan in the drawing I made for the badge so that the winners can put them in their signature line! You'll love it, its so cute :D

70 minutes bike
2 hours digging drainage ditches (does this count?)

Bike: 220 minutes (3.6 hours)
Weights: 120 minutes (2 hours)
Class: 60 minutes
Other: 120 minutes (if it counts)

8.6 hours totla if the digging counts
 
Oh I'd say digging ditches definitely counts. According to FitDay.com it's something like 8 calories burned per minute, I think. I did it once and looked it up! Awesome job Tru!
