I just came across these so-called Electronic Muscle Stimulators.

Has anyone tried them before? Do they really help in bulk up?

Mmmmm.... how to put this politely... PIECE OF ___________ (Insert word 4-letter word here) :p Don't waste your time on those things...
 
now heres a better way. find an electrical fence that isent strong enough to kill you.
wrap it around ur body and shake for a 10-15 minnutes. its an amazing workout ;)
