I am being demotivated recently. Lots of work in the office. I am an emotional eater. my unhealthy eating style is really affecting my lose weight plan.

Well, it would be impossible to stick to a weight loss plan 100% all the time. Life happens. Try not to be too hard on yourself for taking a 'break' from your plan. What's done is done, so just take things step by step and move on from any mistakes.
