Elliptical or Aerobics????

Their both excellent for shedding fat, if you have done one or the other for a while, switching up can provide a new challenge for your body. Weights should be done before cardio.
 
thats a matter of opinion, some say the eliptical puts strain on knees because it is not a normal position as opposed to walking but i have no idea. I prefer walking or running
