Hey folks,
I recently started working out again. 3 days a week in the gym, light cardio then mostly free weights but some machines too. On off days I usually do pushups, lunges, and other stuff I can do at home.
Lately my elbows have been popping a lot. It's not inside the joint, it feels like a tendon or ligament just under the tip of the elbow shifting positions. It doesn't hurt at all, but it's pretty loud, and it usually happens at least a few times a day. Is this something I should worry/see someone about?
Thanks for any thoughts
