Elbows make a creaking noise.

This may seem a little silly, but my elbows make a creaking noise sometimes, when doing say, pushups, or any kind of pushing on a weight. It's painless, and pretty typical, but kinda gives me the heebygeebies, because of that thought in the back of my mind that it's not normal. Is it? The thoughts make it hard to concentrate and finish my routine.

My knees and elbows regularly crack too. Are any of these things something to worry about? As Personal Trainers, do you have any explaination for why?

I have noisy joints but since i increased my water intake and started to take fish oil pills daily its gotten better and better. Its hardly an issue anymore frankly.
