Eight Months Progress

Not much happened, but I still feel motivated anyway. I'm more interested in keeping a healthy routine, not so I'm good enough to be a model. But I would still like a decent looking body.

Can you see much difference? I would like a second opinion.

The light does distort it a bit though, the most recent picture is brighter.

Six months ago-

Now-

Thanks.

You would be seeing big results if you had a proper diet and workout, so I can only agree with jackie, post yours. You don't really need to workout that much to get muscle build going, but you do have to eat a lot.

ROCK ON!

Welcome to the forum!

Hi. Sorry, I shall describe myself.

I am 16, I weigh about 55KG and I am 5ft7. I do chest, triceps, abs and shoulders on Monday and back, abs biceps and legs on Friday. I do three sets of 10 reps and do each machine three times each. I shall start doing legs and shoulders on Wednesday soon to make my routine more spread out.
I do not have a routine for diet because I do not buy the food, my parents do so it is not very practical. My diet is healthy but not up to standard for working out. I have cereal and milk in the morning, a sandwich from school at lunch and dinner varies a lot, but normally healthy. I drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruit. I would need more independence to get more protein and calories into my diet.

You couldn't even get away with something like drinking 2-3 litres of skimmed milk every day? It's not optimal, but it will give you the proteins and calories you need to bulk.

I think I know what has happened. I have been using the same routine for the past two years and for the first year and a half I saw substantial progress but it has grounded to a halt now, so I am going to change my routine. It is far better, I can do much more work in the same amount of time because of the way I pace it and order the routine. I shall also get food from the school canteen during break, by the time its lunch I will be too full, but never mind.
