I agree, you look stunning. I can tell you lost some weight. And you carry the weight you have, very well. You don't look as heavy as you state at all.
 
you look great! lol if you never said you were 230 i wouldve guess you were like 150! lol...im the same weight as you and im a friggin mess lol...keep up what your doin!
 
I am glad I am not the only one!!!

You are just like me!! To date I have lost 15lbs, starting at 225 and I don't see a real difference. I think because I have so much to lose. But it is still AWESOME that you have lost that much. Its very motivating right?
