I'm 18, 185cm and weigh 59kg with an estimated BMI of 18 thus I'm underweight
My lower body is tip-top after cycling 20Km daily but my upper body resembles Gumby, I can close my hand over any part of my arm and my belly bulges like a cauldron
I just need some advice on what to do to get into decent shape (Able to go topless at the beach)
btw I did gymnastics for 10 Years and wrestling for 2 and that didn't get me far
