i'm new here, just registered. i've decided that i could use some support and constructive criticism. i'm hoping to find it here. i started about a week ago and when i started i was on fire. it worked out everyday for the first 3 days and then i stopped. its day 10 so far. i've been feeling lazy ever since. note: i saw some definate results!! yet it doesn't seen enough to motivate me. anyways i bought a new scale yesterday and here are my results
