eating???

trying to get get to see my abs what kind of diet is best for me and if u have abs what do u ussaly have to eat in a day

I've just started to workout at home and was wondering is there a workout you can do at home without weights I got a bar that I do chin ups on and I can do pushups but are these effective

any help would be appricated
 
If you're looking to gain mass, I wouldn't worry about abs untill later. That doesn't mean ignore working them out. But if you want all around size gains, you're most likely going to end up gaining some fat, because muscle gains requires a lot of calories... To have your abs show through, you need low bf.

I rarely work abs due to that. I used to have amazing abs, because when I was young I would do situps all the time, and was very lean. Now I can see them, but they look like fatty blobs of crap. lol. Girls don't compliment on my abs anymore. :(
 
u seem new to the diet idea.


find out what your daily caloric needs are to maintain ur current weight and create a deficit. or to bulk, add surplus.
