Eating regularly with an irregular work schedule

My work schedule isn't as bad as some professions, I'm not on call or anything like that. But it's still kind of irregular. And the biggest problem with it is I work part time so 3 out of the 4 days a week I only get a 15 minute break, hardly enough to have a decent meal, and I work on the phones so I can't really eat while I'm working either, then as the week goes on my start time gets earlier and earlier which doesn't help either. I can't really demand better hours since in this job climate I'm lucky to be working at all.

So I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or experiences with trying to eat at regular intervals when your schedule is irregular.

Anyhow. What is it that you are trying to do in your eating schedule? WEIGHT LOSS?

If so, give us details about you, your weigh, height, age, gender (I already guessed).

There are no small details in eating for weight loss. There are no small tips to make this happen. It is about a few small habits.
