Eating on a abnormal schedule?

Hi guys, I am new! And I have a question. My work schedule causes my meals to get shifted to some very strange times. I eat "breakfast" around noon if I get to eat breakfast, I eat "lunch" around 6-7 pm, and
"dinner" around 11pm when I get home from work. I know that eating late at night is not good for multiple reasons, but I have to eat when I can. So what can I do to be healthy on a weird eating schedule?

That's not a weird schedule. You are eating 3 meals a day at regular times. Depending on when you actually go to bed and if you have other people at home, you might have to plan a head for your last meal. However, you could just as easily cook a good meal for breakfast and then have a simple breakfast type meal before bed.

The last meal of the day is your big challenge, if you are going to bed right after your last meal. The goal should just be to keep it really light. You won't need any calories if you are going straight to bed, so a piece of toast or some fruit / vegetables is all you really need. You may feel super hungry, but your goal should simply be to eat just enough so that you are no longer hungry, which isn't very much.
