I have to be at work at 5:30 am so i get up at 3:15 and leave the house at 4:30. First break is at 9:20 lunch is at 11:50 last break is at 2:20 and work is done either at 4:30 or 5:30 and it takes me 45 minutes to get home. How do i set at a regualr exercise program or even eating for that matter. The only thing i have been doing so far is cutting back on the junk food and replaceing them with protein bars and shakes, limiting my portion sizes on my meals. I do get to walk a mile and a half at work. I do this on my breaks instead of snacking. HELP!!!!!!!
