Eating carbs before bed

I always ned up eating carbs before bed either fruit or a meal such as roti an indian food which is dough made into a round flat bread. This is probally the reason I do not see more improvements in my abs. Anyone have choices of foods which I could make instead of eating bread and so on at night? And I end up sleeping at like 1-3am so yeah I end up sleeping late.
 
Try and find something high in good fats/protein.

Glass of milk, cottage cheese, maybe some nuts, etc.
 
I was going to say...if you are trying to see some fat loss or what not to show your abdominals, everyone knows it's not a good idea to eat before bed, so if it's something you absolutely must do, I'd say eat a few peices of cucumber, or mushrooms which are crazy low in calories (as in they are worked off almost instantly =P) If this isn't what you were aiming for, I'm sorry. It was just a thought :)
 
First you need to figure what your calorie requirement is for your goal. If the carbs you are eating at night fit into that calculation, then it's fine.
