Hello 
Recently i've been feeling quite peckish before bed,
therefore I eat a piece of toast before I snooze at around 1:30am.
When I wake up, I'd have one less piece of toast the next day for breakfast.
In short, if I had a 50cal snack before bed, i'd eat 50cal less for brekkie when I wake up. Now i'm technically not taking in any addition calories.
Could this plan prevent weight gain in the long run?
I appreciate all the help so so much!
