Eating after cardio

Its weird since I rarely ever do cardio and only weight train; I have noticed I can't eat for hours following cardio. I think its because im aggitated and riled up after it. Anyone else get this or am i just on No MaN's IsLaNd?

really 20 miles, how often do you do that per week and how fast are you running. If you can do that much you should be bored out of your mind or killing your body.

i used to be on cross country i was running 6 miles a day easily

back then i was running bout 30 miles a week.

i was ready to die 2 miles from my house..(on the way back to me house)

i got home 3 hours later then when i left

but i stoped for 20 mins.. at my halfway point.

20 miles in one session is very impressive, just sounds like BS to me. But well done if you really do run that far on occasion, i wouldn't even try get myself into the mindset of having to run that far.

Running 20 miles once isn't that bad, just think how long a marathon is. But 6 miles isn't that bad either, you gotta sych your brain out, I usually run until I can't feel I can do it anymore and then turn around and go home. When I have time thats usually around 6-8 miles, but whether its a mile or 6 miles, I'm starving when I get home. Its fun to push your body so far.

thats how i ended up running for so long.. i never got tired enough to turn back.. sure i puked a couple times.. but thats because i had a big dinner.. (which really helped; gave me lots of energy)

the best thig to do is get in a fight with your gf/bf and go visit them where they live/work and makeup ^^

20 miles? i can believe that. this of it this way. you said u can do 6 miles easy. so ur basically running 3 easy runs in one workout. it seems possible. what do you do to protect your knees?

anyone know whats the best carb / protein / fat ratio for post cardio?
