Tell us your macronutrient requirements and we can take it from there. You can find some great info on the internet. Tell us what you do for exercise. What seems like a lot to you, we may think differently. Tell us intensity, type, time etc.

As for feeling a little hungry, it is normal to feel that way after being unhealthy and having bigger meals. Ways to help is having more protein for satiety, drink more water and more nutritious foods.

"BIG HEALTHY MEALS". If you are trying to lose weight, it doesn't matter how healthy you eat, if you eat A LOT or eat over your body's requirements, you will gain weight.

5%? Are you sure that's correct? That's unhealthily low...

And please elaborate on your meals. Big and healthy are rather ambiguous terms.

Ah for a warm up id normally do 3 KM on a cross trainer in 15 minutes, that always gets me sweating good, i then do a fast walk on the tredmill for 40 minutes to a hour...i know i should do a jog but iv had shin splints for almost two years and there at there worst now....i then do a half an hour to a hour on the bike....
Weights training is goin good for me at the momment, im lifting havier and toning up, and cardio is goin good...i try to get into the gym 3 times a week and i do be in the boxing club once or twice a week...
I would eat a big breakfast, i would have a big bowl ov cereal with some fruit or soda bread...
About 3 hours later i would have 4 or 5 potatos, alot ov vegtable, and some meat... And then after a wile i might hav some fruit or somting like that....
Yeah, id 5% bodyfat wen i was 15, i was stil 16 stone...

@finneran; try jogging slowly on grass, it helped with my shin splints a few years ago - lots of rest in between though.. good luck, one of the most annoying injuries to pick up

Please add some cardio exercise in your routine like swimming or elliptical trainer since you have bad injury in your knee. Try to be extra patience if you want to lose your weight. Nothing can achieve by overnight.

Why are you feeling always hungry? It can be because you eat very fast. Try to eat in small morsels and eat slowly. Take at least 20 minutes to finish your meal, because that is the time taken for your stomach to signal your brain that it is full.

On top of that don't drink water or any fluids with your meal. They cause digestive problems. Fruit remain in your stomach for about 30 minutes, and food high in protein stays for about 4 hours, so your stomach can't go rumbling in that time. Drinking water might cause problems during this process, as water quickly passes to the intestines.

Follow these steps, and you might solve your hunger problem.
