Eat more after weights/less after cardio?

hi again

If im looking to burn fat but get muscle definition and am doinf the following workout

day a - fasted cardio am, pm upper body workout

day b - pm lower body + 25mins HIIT

do i need to structure eating so to keep the muscle building? ie do i eat 2 pieces of salmon on day A and just 1 on day B? or do i keep it constant.

Im currently looking to eat 2300 kcals using 40:40:20, im 22 male, 5' 11" 75-ish kilograms. i aim for meals of 350kcals each + 2 post WO whey shakes

Just have a decent upper body but a fat arse/ass. ive definitely bulked up (largely indirectly due to an inability to not eat when i shouldnt) but want to remove the fat.

You'll want to keep your macro intake constant on both days however here is what I suggest you intake after your proposed sessions:

day a - fasted cardio am - WHOLE FOOD MEAL AFTER,
pm upper body workout - WHEY/DEXTROSE SHAKE IMMEDIATLY FOLLOWING. THEN A WHOLE FOOD PRO/CARB MEAL ABOUT 1-1.5 HRS AFTER.

day b - pm lower body + 25mins HIIT - WHEY/DEXTROSE SHAKE IMMEDIATLY FOLLOWING. THEN A WHOLE FOOD PRO/CARB MEAL ABOUT 1-1.5 HRS AFTER.
