Eat less do more cardio to burn abs fat?

Just wondering is true to burn more fat in the abs I have to eat less and do more cardio?.....I know diet plays an important part.

you wont burn fat from your abs, you will burn fat from your entire body. You cant spot reduce fat. Other than that, its true. you dont HAVE to do cardio though, you could manage a weight loss with just your diet.

Ok...so is it true?Eat less have clean diet and to more cardio??....atleast an hour of cardio??

You cannot target - ' spot reduce ' - fat loss in your abs.

To lose fat, you need to create a calorie deficit.

You can create a calorie deficit by reducing your daily calorie intake from food or you can create a calorie deficit by increasing your daily calorie expenditure ( directly and indirectly ) by doing more exercise like cardio or resistance training - or ...........you can do both.

Rate of fat loss attributed to cardio depends ( in part ) on the type of cardio you do, how long you do the cardio, how frequent you do the cardio and how hard / intense you do the cardio. Generally speaking, the longer, more frequent and the harder you do cardio - the more calories you'll burn and the more fat you will lose as a direct result of cardio. And, depending on the type of cardio you do, some cardio does a better job of burning fat indirectly - i.e burning calories after you exercise - than others.

So, 1 hour of a low to moderate intense cardio session may burn the same number of calories ( or less calories ) than 30 minutes of higher intensity cardio session.
