I don't believe that diets and counting calories will ever get you the results that you are looking for, our body needs food for fuel. Put right food combinations together will get you the results that you are looking for. In order to loss weight you need to know the exact food that accelerate fat burning in your body. Sugar is your #1 enemy.
 
You are right. If you learn portion control and smart selections, then you can eat whatever you want and you will be just fine. You don't have to count calories when you have the right knowledge to live your life.
