Easy Vegetable-Beef soup

This is sooo easy and darn good!!

1 pound ground beef
1 14-ounce can beef broth (1 2/3 cup)
1 10-ounce package frozen mixed veggies
1 14 1/2-ounce can tomatoes cut up
1 10 3/4- can condensed tomato soup
1 table spoon dried minced onion
1 tea spoon dried italian seasoning
1/4 tea spoon garlic powder

1) brown and drain beef
2) transfer meat to a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker.
3) Cover, cook on low for 7 to 8 hours, or high 3 1/2 to 4 hours.

** I used all low sodium broth,and soup**

You can also substitute ground turkey and chicken broth for the beef and beef broth**
 
Looks good - recommendations though for a larger cooker though? (I have a 5.5 qt crockpot).
