Steve Member Staff member Sep 19, 2007 #2 Toning is a function of fat loss. You can't target areas of your body to shed the fat from via specific exercises. That said, doing some resistance training is a great idea though. Things like body weight squats, lunges, step ups, pushups, etc are all good. You might want to check out this site for some ideas:
