Easy Method Of Measuring Body Fat Percentage

My aim is to lose muscle and build muscle so Im not going to monitor the scales that much, Im just going to go by my body shape and how well my clothes fit. But I also want to monitor my body fat percentage, is there an easy and reliable method of doing this?

Try this. The " Navy Method ' has been found to be just as accurate as calipers.....





........a ' healthy normal ' body fat % for men is somewhere around 13% - 17 %....though you tend to see 15% cited most often.
