I'm really not a huge fan of spicy foods so much. I do like meat, but I really dont know how to prepare a lot of meat and what kind of meat is actually somewhat healthy. When i comes to veggies, i kind of eat like a 5 year old. I like the normal veg like corn and pea pods and carrots, and whatnot. ooh onions are tasty though. so any ideas would be great! thank you!
