Im starting to think that its possible that my late night munchies is do to me going to the gym in the morning now, before when i went late at night 9 to 10 i was keeping a lot closer to my diet and not eating the plethora of bad foods ive been munching out on at night
i think i understood what you were saying.. and when you workout you will want to eat more, and it's normal, but keep the foods healthy, and try to keep most of the carbs as faw away from when you sleep as possible..
