Dustin's Diary, 14 pounds 14 Weeks

hey everyone, my names Dustin.
I'm 16 years old, 5'6 and weight 134 pounds.
Before summer i weighed 148, and at the end i weighed 128. I accomplished this by running and eating better.

Now i want to lose 14 pounds by Memorial weekend.
Memorial weekend is 14 weeks away and i think it is realistic to lose 1 pound a week.

Goal Weight: 120
Starting Weight: 134

Everday i plan on running atleast 30 minutes,
on top of this being active by running and playing outside.

I plan on updating this forum at the end of each week, with a new weight and new pictures.

I plan on eating fruit for breakfast in the morning.
A fruit in between breakfast and lunch.
For lunch, a sandwhich and baked chips.
After school more fruit, or a healthy snack.
Then for dinner eat whatever mom makes.

Those sound like great goals! And you sound like you're on your way to meeting them!
