Hello. I am 15 and, yes, I am a little pudgy
I was wondering, I have a wierd combo Ive been doing for a couple days.
Play drums (full trapset, metal band so I play intensely) about 40 Min a Day.
Treadmill 20 min a day set to be like walking up a hill at a fast walking pace.
I'm taking pills to increase my metabolism starting today and I'm eating Weight Watchers meals starting today. If I continue this routine will I lose enough weight? currently I'm about 5'7 and weigh 185 pounds, I'd just like to be skinny. I'm not trying to gain muscle
