In feb I was 15 stone (had been bulking up adding muscle )
decided to drop fat and took off three stone and got into mens health magazine (might be on cover in sept / oct uk edition ? find out in aug)
I did no cardio at all - its a poor way to burn fat
no situps at all as they are crap for getting abs

just wanted people to see that a healthy diet and good weights routine is all u need before u go jumping on treadmill banging those joints
