ya; its very important b/c water is just good for you period(i dont want to explain why). Just drink 1 gallon/day and at least 1 gallon/day on days you work out. If you have problems drinking that water, the thing i do to get my 2 gallons a day in is just carry around a 2 liter bottle of water with me wherever i go and take a huge gulp whenever i feel like it. Yes i look stupid carrying it around with me but i think its worth it : D. i drink four of them /day.
