
I guess to start things off, as of my last weight in, I'm at 247 pounds with a BMI of 32.67 (thank you wii fit, the most expensive scale I've ever bought).
Basically, I'm going to try to return to the diet I put myself on post high school. In high school, I pushed 280-290. After graduating, for about a year I cut out soda, cut down on sodium and prepackaged meals and drank loads of water (4-6 liters a day) On this diet, I got myself down to 240 pounds, which I've floated around for the past 3 years.
This time around though, I'm going to do a lot more in the way of working out, something my previous diet lacked. Also, I'll be creatine and a mixture of soy/whey protein to aid in lean muscle growth and some Hydroxycut before work outs. The hydroxycut does give me a lot of energy for lifting weights in the early am, and the protein/creatine makes me not feel worn out the next day, so I can go right back at it the next day.
Ok then, enough boring stuff. This is mostly just a reminder for me each day to reread.

Ooh yeah, I forgot the most important part
my goal:To be down to 220 pounds before 2009. 25 pounds in 2 months.

And I'll try to make this journal more interesting from now on
